Do NOT USE this company. They are polite and fast to respond before the sale, but after the sale, nothing but damage to your house, empty promises and no return phone calls. About 6 months after my gutters were installed, I was cleaning them one day and noticed where they cut the drip eve on my house and left the wood exposed!!! I called Jason to ask him to come fix it, along with a section of gutter that had a low spot and he said he'd be out on Friday 5/07. He never showed up, I still have the damaged drip eve, called him several times the following week, left message and had no return phone calls. Called him on 5/17/10 and on 5/18/10, left message, no return calls. On the message on 5/18, I told him I will not call anymore; the next call will be to file a complaint with the BBB against his company and to look into filing suit against his company for the damage their neglect has caused to my house. No return call still. Just got off phone with BBB, next call is to atty.
